We help you plan the next one.

How most firms do it
  • You see your accountant once, at filing season
  • No planning between deadlines
  • Numbers recorded, but never explained
  • No view on where the business is heading
  • Compliance gaps surface only when the CRA asks
  • Questions wait days for a reply
  • Fees appear after the work is done

  • Planning ahead of the deadline
  • We analyse your margins and show you where the profit goes
  • Advice on growing the business, not just filing it
  • Your books and filings kept compliant year-round
  • A reply the same business day
  • Fixed fee agreed in writing up front

Behind our brand

At Pantax, every colour you see isn't just a design choice.

Every soft tone in our brand — the gentle beige, the classic blue, the warm brown hues, and the soft pink of his little nose — comes from our beloved cat, Ollie.

Though he's no longer with us, but not just to remember him, we want to pass on the feeling he gave us — comfort, trust, patience, and presence — to every client we now serve.

It's our story, and the heartbeat behind Pantax.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on the filing and the state of your records, so we quote in writing after the first consultation. The consultation is free, and no work starts before you approve the quote.

Should I incorporate?

It depends on your income, how much you draw personally, your liability exposure, and whether you intend to retain earnings in the company. Incorporating too early adds cost without benefit — we run the numbers before recommending either way.

I just got a CRA audit letter and I am worried. What should I do?

First, take a breath — most CRA letters are routine reviews, not accusations, and they come with a fixed deadline rather than an immediate consequence. Send us a copy before you reply to anything. We will tell you what is actually being asked, get authorized as your representative, and deal with the CRA directly from there.

Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes. We request prior-year filings and working papers, review them for anything outstanding, and take over from the next filing period. Mid-year transitions are routine.

Do you handle U.S. or Australian filings?

Yes. We work with tax and accounting specialists in each of those countries, so the filings are handled by people who work in that system every day — not sent off to someone you have never met. You stay with us, and we coordinate the rest. Nothing for you to chase.
